LOVE IS

Never living it down, the world try to wear you out,The say you aint gonna make it, But I say you going places, In your eyes reflect stories that affect your glory,Sitting listening to your story, But they say times have changed, We passed the days where teens want to have somehting to save,So girls get caught without purity lose their virginity childhood passed before they reach womanhood maturity, you may have made some mistakes, been through hell as you were raised,Trust me i seen those days trapped in a maze where my father would lose his temper, see his fists smack my flesh with his anger, But my brain maintained saying be brave, so i write this letter for you to know your going to make it thru stormy weather...

[Chrous]

Pain in my heart,

Lift it away,

I'm singing for the rain to stop,

On my parade.

So much darkness surrounding my room, feeling its cloudy even when the sky is blue, So i presume this worlds attacking me too, Priority tell me God I'm trying to be real, My journey is perfectly plotted by you for me to feel, I'm trying to find the way to appeal with the stories that will allow hearts to be changed,Cause i see the pain inside eyes, Telling that girl I see her from the inside, or that boy that he can fight to rise no matter the circumstance or times, Step in faith i scream out asking how i can serve God I don't care about me... jus let me help change the world ... and that boy and that girl

[Chrous]

Pain in my heart,

Lift it away,

I'm singing for the rain to stop,

On my parade.

I see you man, i look into your eyes and I see your past, See I was the kid in primary school didn't have father to pick me up & mother worked late to keep us living it up, So i used to walk home, back tracking my journey along the side of the road, A 10 year old looking dreaming to explore the globe,Girl I see your pain you got plans but your letting the past pain contain, who you could be? cause where you dream thats who you should be, Memories should never out live your dreams especially when your God's beauty queen,I know you been on your knees like jeeeeessus where you been huh?, Don't worry he sees ya, Don't let this world decieve ya....tears pouring from my eyes cause for you tonight,

girl I cry...

homeboi I cry...

[Chrous]

Pain in my heart,

Lift it away,

I'm singing for the rain to stop,

On my parade.

Love's not waking up with different women every morning

Love's not beating her down at nine months, with child forming

Love's not leaving your wife and your seed with no warning

Love's not, and when it's raining its pouring

love is not love if it's manufactured for the moment

That makes it more than the physical between a man and a woman

Wisdom is justified by her children in the end

And real love is being willing to lay down your life for a friend

Love's not caught in mug shots or seen in drug spots

Love's not sex or who you do next Love's not

Road rage, porno pages in the eyes of a racist

Loves not whoring and love's not abortion

Of course then love doesn't bomb clinics to make it finish

Love's not hate and love's not a cynic

Love's not seen on Jerry Springer or expressed by middle finger

And love is rarely captured in the words of any singer

Love's not domestic violence saying shut up or be silent

And love's not represented in the way of the police sirens

Abandoned children in abandon buildings

Random killings, love's not slow to help you, love is ready and willing

Love is patient and kind, love is sight for the blind

Love was borne before the morning, love's transforming your mind

Love is body and blood, bread and wine, remember the time

Love is God divine, crucified for mankind

Happy New Year ! 2010 it is what ya make of it!

Hey Wassup All?

I'm just dropping a much more detailed blog compared to my last NYE ramble on Facebook. Its so dope! to hear people talking up 2010 as a year for positive events & circumstances which I'm agreeing with continuously reminding myself that it is what I make of it.

In 2009 I grew with the times the ups and downs overall I believe that my year was overall better then that of some others close to me and their experiences with 2009. 2010 - has me ready for some big things as I start to expand my business Creative Dreams Entertainment and serve the organisation Musicians Making a Difference as it grows in a position that can reach and impact more lives with the power of music.

Starting January 7th my radio show is back MMAD @ OASIS streams on Thursdays 3pm- 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on www.streetradio.net . Our first show will feature talent from across Australia and the world, with a special hour of underground, upcoming music including the EXCLUSIVE RELEASE OF P.R'S SINGLE "BETTER OFF ft. 13th Son & C-major ".

Other artists that I will be playing include Tycotic, Mlu, Miracle, G-sta, Nicole Millar, Toni Bird, Nje, Xclusive and more.

It will be a phenomenal show with more surprises then ever.

The Future

The future of 2010 is going to be a opportunity for us as people and persons to expand our mind and personalities for the better. To dead all of our negative characteristics, addictions and other issues that may negatively influence our journey. The insight I've gotten to see in the lives and the world inspires me to reach for the stars.

Beyond the "world" is a height that only some may reach but its not blocked to all its just blurred which prevents others from reaching that height. The pursuit of happiness much like the movie with Will Smith explores the very real reality of fighting to make it in the end the Chris Gardner character that the film was based on in 2006 was a multi-millionare those trials and tribulations that most of our greatest role models often go through is partially an influence to get them where they've been aiming for.

We are all aiming arrows pulling back on a string ready to shoot for our dreams but in archery the arrow only remains straight after all elements are considered. When the arrow is released accurately it will travel through the air and hitting its target a released arrow that travels perfectly is almost unstoppable. This aim and release metaphor for life is applicable to all our dreams.

I believe 2009 was part of my aiming as I reach 2010 it is nearly time to release and let my first arrow travel straight to the targets I've set up for this year. My prayers for 2010 are for others and that we will find peace and security no matter the circumstance or situation we a are plagued by.

I promise to bring more blogs.,.. Stay posted

Sooooo...

Yerrr... So I sat pondering for a creative title for this blog unfortunately the "sooooooooooo" thing was all I could come up with! But don't worry my creativity hasn't been shot I'm still able to thing outside the square with most of the things I do and I pray that won't ever stop.

This year & 2010 is going the be a exciting adventure as I finish the HSC !!! Finally its taken me some time but as a I finish and transcend into a life of work which I've been doing already on a regular basis even through my studies its definitely is going to be good.

So as the new year approaches things are looking up new people are coming into my life, new visions & old visions are becoming established and now I know that tomorrow when I wake up I can say that I am LIVING!

The Future & Tales of Camp Maasai... part 1

Wassup Ladies and Gentleman?

I'm going to let you into my experience at an Australian leadership/motivational/inspirational (there is a difference between the last 2) called Camp Maasai a youth camp headed up by The Reach Foundation of Melbourne.

From May 29th to May 31st was their first Maasai event in Sydney, Australia which I was invited to attend as a participant. Basically Camp Maasai is where businesses/business leaders contribute a high amount of money and resource to assist young people of diverse backgrounds, 26 business leaders are then taken away with 26 selected young people from all walks of life some of the youth have been in juvenile justice centres or live on the streets while others maybe from a wealthy and privileged background making the atmosphere so united with all sides of the "tracks" meeting together to be inspired and develop their potential for leadership.

The shock factor for myself was less then others as I work with street youth on a weekly basis and am teaching rap/hip-hop music classes in Cobhem and Baxter correctional facilities on a frequent basis. But the amount of emotion and deep conversations that were unleashed inspired the room of executives and students alike.

The word Maasai is from a African tribe that existed with in the regions surrounding what is now known as North Kenya. A custom of this tribe was place a high emphasis on the youth which is a change from a lot of cultures which emphasise looking after the elders (which is equally important I believe).
The weekend helped let out a lot of the emotional package keeping young people back my life in the past hasn't always been as bright as it is now. I've been from low valleys to high peaks - this is all good though cause it makes me who I am.

Only 3 days have passed and all those who left the camp are still in touch and are determined to live their visions which are just dreams. Dreaming is our beginning as young leaders and I'm excited to involve myself with anything that has a good cause or vision .e.g. the YgenClub. Express your ideas and concepts (protect them) ... but utilise what you've been given.

Visit reach.org.au for further information on such a good organisation.

More information to be posted soon. I will be a regular blogger seek me out and let me know where you're at??!!

The School Holidays were FRESSSSSSSSSSSSSSH!!!

WASSUP PEOPLE???

We've had lots of stuff going down in our part of the world I know lots of peeps that read this blog that aren't from Australia which is all good!!! Cause it gives me more to inform you all about...

Firstly, I just finished my school holidays THATS RIGHT YA'LL I'm still a High School student... FREAKY YEH? apparently I don't write, talk or look like I'm still in High School but im all for that freeze frame for the next 20 years and I'll be loving life haha...

So I'm going to break it down in Sub-Headings....

FREEDOM WITHIN CAMP

Freedom Within Camp, is a program operated by a organisation that has provided so many opportunities for me and just allowed me to grow as a person, artist and more. (www.mmad.org.au) Musicians Making A Difference...

We went in to a Juvenile Justice Centre in West Gosford to operate this camp designed to liberate young males who are locked up behind bars. Their crimes are in the past and we assist them on their path to rehabilitation, the amount of negative pressure they put up with is a considerable thing when the get out the lack of trust held by people distrubs em as you can imagine.

USING THE POWER OF MUSIC & HIP HOP CULTURE... its been an absolute honour and privledge to be apart of the proces what I saw could only be described as a miracle. It has really taught me a lot as a individual... my faith tell me it was God.

Others can think what they like ... I know its hard to understand with out being there... But you'll see in future posts their progress and their accomplishments...

Other stuff thats been going on is my Streetradio.net radio show check it out online every thursday which is run with Oasis Center, Surry Hills which looks after the street youth of the nation and is facilitated by the Salvation Army.

We ran a Krosswerd "Hip-hop Church" event last tuesday which was really positive development which i'm praying will grow...

...LIFE IS GOOD RIGHT NOW...

still things i gotta think through but thats life am i right?

WRITE BACK

PEACE

24 Afghan children living in Rome sewer

06:50 AEST Sun Apr 5 2009
Italian police have discovered 24 Afghan children living in filthy conditions in the sewer system under a Rome railway station, Italian media reported on Saturday.

The children, ranging in age from 10 to 15, were unaccompanied and some were in poor physical condition, the reports said.

They slept under cartons or dirty blankets in the hiding place not far from Rome's Colosseum, the daily La Repubblica reported.

Railway police discovered the children along with 98 other people including other Afghans, the report said, adding that they were being cared for by the city's social services.

The Italian branch of the charity Save the Children said in a statement that the number of Afghan minors arriving in the Italian capital rose steadily from 32 in 2004 to 264 in 2007.

More than 1,000 foreign minors wound up in Rome in 2007 out of a total of nearly 8,000 in Italy, the group said on its website.

La Repubblica said the children found in the sewer system were thought to have reached Italy via Turkey and Greece.

Take NOTICE of what is happening
